Fircrest is proud of its reputation for being a great residential community.  Occasionally, we receive concerns from residents related to our Fircrest Municipal code (FMC) enforcement issues.  In those cases we conduct an inspection to see if a code has been violated and proceed per our policy guidelines.  If you have a concern please complete this form to the best of your ability, the more information submitted the better chance we have at addressing your concern(s).

Concerns regarding private property, including fences, diveways and vegetation in yards need to be reported to the Planning & Building Department on our website and click on Nuisance or Code Concern.

Complaints can be Anonymous

However, they can limit our ability to enforce alleged violations. If we have questions about an anonymous complaint but have no one to contact, we may not be able to process the complaint.
The complainant’s name and contact information are confidential and, if requested, will not be released unless the issue proceeds to litigation. See the above question about the disclosure of identifying information. Disclosure of a complainant’s name and contact information may be relevant in a court case. Therefore, the Court may order disclosure in a particular instance.
