2nd Annual Drug Tested Battle of the Barracks

Location: Sarge Athletics, 10082 Tyler Ct Ijamsville Md. 21754

This event will be held within the Sarge Athletics Facility and spectators will need to purchase a ticket to enter the event (lifters will not).

Warm-up area is strickly for lifters, coaches and handlers.

DRUG TESTING: 
Drug testing by urinalysis. Drug Testing will be a 10% targeted selection based on the top DOTS scores

Sanction: World Raw Powerlifting Federation (WRPF)

Eligibility:  Any male or female 13 years or older. 

State and National records can be set.

Divisions: Open 13-80+, Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23, Sub-master 35-39, Master 40-44, 45-49, etc

Weight Classes in KG: 

Men: 52.0, 56.0, 60.0, 67.5, 75.0, 82.5, 90.0, 100.0, 110.0, 125.0, 140.0, 140.0+ (SHW)

Women: 44.0, 48.0, 52.0, 56.0, 60.0, 67.5, 75.0, 82.5, 90.0, 100.0, 110.0, 110.0+ (SHW)

Rules: One-piece singlet must be worn, as a minimum for all lifters. Underwear must be "V" type legless aka "tighty whities", jockstrap or none aka "commando". No compression shorts or spandex allowed.

Raw division: requires a one piece singlet, and allows 4 inch wide buckle or lever belt (No velcro belts or padding on the inside of the belt), wristwraps can be up to 1 meter, and single layer kneesleeves. Over the calf long socks required for the deadlift for all lifters.

Classic Division: Is raw except it allows up to 2.5 meter kneewraps for the squat.

Single Ply rules: Single-Ply squat, bench, and deadlift suits only! No velcro straps on the squat/deadlift suit. Velcro is allowed on the bench shirt, but must close the back completely- no open back shirts. No velcro straps allowed on squat or deadlift suit. No support briefs allowed in single ply.

Multi Ply rules: Multi-Ply division allows multi-ply squat, bench shirts and deadlift suits along with open back shirts and Velcro straps for the DL suit.

A 30kg bar and collar set will be used for all squats and a 25kg bar and collar set will be used for bench and deadlift.

Schedule:

Weigh in/Gear Check - Friday 3/24, 9:00AM-11:30AM and 4:00PM-6:30PM at the meet venue

Rules Briefing/Warm Ups: Saturday, 8AM

Lifting Begins: Saturday, 9AM

Awards:

Open: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group

Best Lifter: Any Division with 5+ lifters will receive a certificate and award.

Entry Fee: $160 per lifter(includes t-shirt), add $30 if entering additional division (Open + Juniors = 2 awards)

PL= Full Power

BPO= Bench Press Only

DLO= Deadlift Only

**REFUND POLICY**
Please take notice that once payments are taken there is a $35 dollar processing fee for a refund. With in 30 days of the event all payments are final there will be no refunds. At all time entries are non transferable to any future events under any circumstances. There is no refund on t-shirts orders at anytime.
