Access to the airfield and event space is through the neighbouring military base and due to the MOD security regulations for members of the public entering, we will need the personal details of both yourself and your passengers, as shown below. The details will only be used in conjunction with this event and will be destroyed once the event is complete.
Number of passengers on the day excluding driver. Note for security reasons, we will require these details before the event if you cannot provide them right now. For passengers under the age of 16, a passport number will not be required.

Please note, we will need final driver and passenger names and details 2 weeks in advance in order to submit the paperwork to the MOD.
As the Army Flying Museum is a registered charity (no. 297897), refunds on vehicle entrance will not be offered.
