Eagle County Air Alliance - Locals Flight Program

Eagle County residents are eligible to receive a $100 rebate on nonstop, round-trip flights departing from Eagle County Regional Airport on eligible routes, or a $50 rebate on nonstop, one-way flights to/from Eagle County Regional Airport on eligible routes. Eligible routes are updated seasonally. Restrictions apply – please see terms & conditions below.

Program Terms & Conditions

Eligible flights for Winter 2026 must be on United Airlines, American Airlines, or Alaska Airlines nonstop service to Charlotte, San Diego, Seattle, or Washington D.C.
Please read & agree to all terms & conditions:
- Round-trip travel ($100 rebate) must originate from AND return to Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), on an eligible route.
- One-way travel ($50 rebate) must originate from OR return to Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), on an eligible route.
- Eligible routes change seasonally; please refer to the Eligible Routes section below.
  - Flights must be direct to/from EGE, on select seasonal routes. Connections between the eligible airport and EGE are not valid.
  - These routes are not required to be your final destination. Connections through eligible airports are valid, provided that leg of travel is direct to/from EGE.
- Limit one rebate per person, per season.
- Must upload your airline confirmation, showing complete flight itinerary and proof of purchase.
  - Purchases made with airline miles, travel certificates, miscellaneous documents, or future flight credits are not eligible.
  - Rebate is not permitted on reissued, refunded, or voided tickets.
- Must show proof of Eagle County residency for all adults (18+).
  - Children under 18 are eligible for rebates and are not required to show proof of residency.
- Rebate applications must be submitted within 30 days of completion of travel.
- Limited supply of rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All rebates will be paid by check.
- All decisions from the EGE Air Alliance are final.
Eligible Routes - Winter 2026:

American Airlines – Charlotte, NC (CLT)
- Valid Travel Dates: Depart EGE after December 18, 2025
- Travel must be booked on nonstop flights between EGE and Charlotte (CLT) during the valid travel dates above.
- Flights must be on American Airlines connecting through, or terminating in, Charlotte.
  - Flights are not eligible if there is a connection between EGE and Charlotte.
  - Rebates are specific to CLT, nearby airports do not qualify for the rebate.
- Rebate applications must be submitted within 30 days of completion of travel.
- Limit one rebate per person, per season.
Alaska Airlines - San Diego, CA (SAN)
- Valid Travel Dates: Depart EGE after December 20, 2025
- Travel must be booked on nonstop flights between EGE and San Diego (SAN) during the valid travel dates above.
- Flights must be on American Airlines connecting through, or terminating in, San Diego.
  - Flights are not eligible if there is a connection between EGE and San Diego.
  - Rebates are specific to SAN, nearby airports do not qualify for the rebate.
- Rebate applications must be submitted within 30 days of completion of travel.
- Limit one rebate per person, per season.
Alaska Airlines - Seattle, WA (SEA)
- Valid Travel Dates: Depart EGE after December 20, 2025
- Travel must be booked on nonstop flights between EGE and Seattle (SEA) during the valid travel dates above.
- Flights must be on American Airlines connecting through, or terminating in, Seattle.
  - Flights are not eligible if there is a connection between EGE and Seattle.
  - Rebates are specific to SEA, nearby airports do not qualify for the rebate.
- Rebate applications must be submitted within 30 days of completion of travel.
- Limit one rebate per person, per season.
United Airlines - Washington, DC (IAD)
- Valid Travel Dates: Depart EGE after December 20, 2025
- Travel must be booked on nonstop flights between EGE and Washington, DC (IAD) during the valid travel dates above.
- Flights must be on United Airlines connecting through, or terminating in, Washington, DC.
  - Flights are not eligible if there is a connection between EGE and Washington, DC.
  - Rebates are specific to IAD, nearby airports do not qualify for the rebate.
- Rebate applications must be submitted within 30 days of completion of travel.
- Limit one rebate per person, per season.
