    2025-2026 School Performance Series at FTH

    Flushing Town Hall (FTH)’s Education Department invites you to our landmark building for high-quality, award-winning performances for students of all ages.

    Tickets to the school performance series are $10 per person, this includes teachers and any additional adults (including paraprofessionals, coordinators, parents, guardians, chaperones, teaching assistants, or others) will need to pay for their tickets. Once your reservation has been processed, an invoice for the total amount due will be sent to you and your principal/director via email. 

    Full payment or the issue of the purchase order is due 30 days after the reservation date/work order date. If the reservation is made less than one month prior to the event, payment is due seven calendar days before the performance date. Upon receipt of full payment, a confirmation will be issued. No schools will be admitted without advance payment. We accept checks, money orders, credit cards, and DOE Purchase Orders (Vendor# FLU065000). Please make all checks payable to Flushing Council on Culture and the Arts.

  • Payment Policies and Procedures

  • Ticket Policies

    Exchange: If you can't attend the reserved performance(s), please contact our Education Team at least 7 days prior to the performance date. Your payment can be transferred to a different school performance or an assembly or a workshop, subject to availability. One-time exchange is allowed. 

    Adding Quantity: Seats can be added to your order at any time prior to 2 weeks before the show date, subject to availability.

    Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation at least 15 business days prior to the reserved performance date, your school will be reimbursed. If you cancel after that, your full payment will be donated to the FTH education program. 

    Severe Weather: If the in-person program is canceled due to inclement weather, we will make every attempt to re-schedule the program, or credit you to a different program, subject to availability.

    No Show: Refunds are not possible for absences. If you fail to show up on the day of the program, your full payment will be donated to the FTH education program.
