Certified Saddle Ergonomist
The CSE program encompasses all saddle adjustments (tree machine, 3 Point Gullet, flocking, shimming, etc) and is the most in-depth course available. This is only available for students who have a participating saddlery local to them or are able to travel to North America/Germany as part of their training. a CSE is able to fit and adjust English & Western saddles with and without using a tree machine, as well as training in shimming, flocking adjustments/replacement, saddle repairs, panel replacement, and more. This is our most comprehensive course.
The CSE course is not publicly available and requires students to submit an application and go through an interview process to determine suitability for the program.
Applicable candidates have the option to work with a sponsoring saddlery, that may sponsor all or part of the CSE Tuition. Students who wish to pursue the CSE designation without working directly with a saddlery are responsible for covering the full course & travel costs out of pocket.
