I understand the tagging service agreement is separate from the consignor agreement. I still have to register as a consignor. I understand I have access to the seller preview sale.My items have been recently laundered and are without tears, stains, holes, or extreme wear and fading.My toys and gear have all been thoroughly cleaned. They are free of stains, tears, extreme wear, excessive fading and ARE NOT on the CPSC recall list. If battery operated, item must have working batteries when dropped off at the tagging service or it will not be entered into the sale.All pieces of games, parts of toys and toy sets are accounted for and are placed together in Ziploc bags. Any battery-operated toys have working batteries.I agree to allow The MotherLoad's Busy Moms Tagging Service to price, tag and display consigned items at their discretion. I also understand the tagging service does not guarantee sales.I understand items not meeting The MotherLoad's standards will be donated to their sponsored charities or discarded.I understand there is a Tagging Fee deducted from my earnings based on item count, condition at my appointment and if clothing items are hung.I give The MotherLoad permission to add me to their email and texting list. I understand I can “opt out” at any time.I understand The MotherLoad's Busy Moms Tagging Service and The MotherLoad LLC will do their best to safeguard my items. However, I agree I will not hold them responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.I understand the tagging service will drop off my items at the sale. HOWEVER, I must pick up unsold items at the sale's end and it is my responsibility to know when items are scheduled for pick-up via our Sellers Only Facebook page or at TheMotherLoadSale.com. I understand that any items that I do not pick up that were not marked for donation can be used at the discretion of The MotherLoad.I understand I do not have to pick up any items if I tell the Tagger to donate it all.Consignor agrees that all clothing/shoe items will be discounted at the half-price sale. All non-clothing items must be marked whether or not to discount when dropped off to the tagging service. Unless marked otherwise, it will all be discounted.I understand all terms stated in the Busy Moms Tagging Service agreement.

I understand that by completing this form I will be contacted by a MotherLoad Busy Moms Tagger regarding the tagging & sale of my items at a MotherLoad Event. I own these items and am free to sell them. I understand the Busy Moms Tagger will connect with me, review my items and only take those quality items she determines meet the expectations of The MotherLoad.
