    Thank you for your inquiry. Amenities are booked 1 to 2 months in advance. Please read over event request guidelines and fill in required information to place an inquiry. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for a response from your Lifestyle Director.

    Reservation begins at the time of entry to room. Set up and clean up time must be included in reservation request time. Entry to space will not be allowed before hand.

    The event is booked only after completing the reservation and payment form. All payments must be completed via ACH.

    No open flames. The resident may bring in their own Catering Vendor with pre-cooked food to serve.

    No live music or DJs, or a small speaker is allowed; the noise level must be maintained to not disturb office staff during normal business hours and residents residing near the room.

    Guests of events must have a parking pass. Parking will be strictly enforced and very limited. Any residents/guests parked in front of The Club after business hours without a proper permit are subject to tow.

    A room inspection will be done before and after the reservation.

    The resident is responsible for janitorial cleaning of the room to its original state, including removing trash and returning all furniture to its original state.

    Deposits will be charged ONLY if there is damage to the room OR the resident exceeds the requested time.
