Payment Policy

A credit or debit card must be provided to book a service with us. You will never be charged any amount without being notified first. Our preferred payment is CASH but we don't want to inconvenience anyone and can accept all forms of payment!

 

Cancellation Policy

LIFE HAPPENS...If something comes up and you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment time so we can fill your spot. If you are unable to make it to your appointment and you have not contacted us within 24 hours the last-minute cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service and future appointments will require a deposit to secure. Service workers such as hair stylists rely on appointments being filled to pay their bills. If you don't show respect to our time, our livelihood is at stake! Plz be courteous! 

 

Late Arrival Policy

Plz plan accordingly so you can arrive on time! Sometimes unexpected events unfold, however, anyone 15+ minutes late will be subject for rescheduling! If an appointment starts late, it will still end at the original time even if your hair is soppin' wet. Lol. One late appointment can trickle down to others! Reach out as soon as you realize you'll be late! 

 

No-Show Policy

No-showing your stylist is like taking a hot dump and slinging it into their eyes at maximum velocity. Don't be that person. A no-show will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment and any future bookings will require a deposit to secure your spot. 

 

Refund Policy

We aim to please...if for some reason you are unhappy with your service, reach out within 48 hours of your appointment and let us know. You will not, under any circumstance, receive a refund because the time and product has already been used. However, we will work with you to resolve the issue!

 

Additional Guest Policy

Due to the nature of a smaller salon suite, bringing an additional guest (friend, child, or lover) is discouraged but not prohibited. On a case by case basis we will allow one additional person to enter our hair cave. Please contact us if you'd like to have someone join you at the time of your appointment! 

 

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Peach Fuzz is a safe space. Not only for you, but for us as well. If you act in any way that is racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or anything that goes against inclusivity and human decency, you will not be allowed back and you should be ashamed! Plz & thank u!
