Swim Team Handbook-I/We acknowledge receipt of and agree to the 2023-2024 Cuda Parent Association and Swimmer Handbook. This handbook provides a full description of swim team policies, rules, and information. Included in the handbook are swimmer expectations, as well as parental expectations. Photographing- We undertsand that all swimmers may be photographed at swim practice/meets and those pictures may be used in team publicity. Photographs may appear in such places as the newspaper, team website, team Facebook page, and team bulletin boards.
Contact Information- We understand that the head coach and executive board will maintain a team roster throughout the season that will be used for information only. I also understand that a separate parent informational roster could be shared with all the parents of the swim team. The parent roster will include swimmer/parents names and email. This information will be used to notify parents/swimmers of important team information. The information provided above will be used for both the team and parent roster,unless otherwise indicated below:
