Pricing includes software maintenance and upgrades
Pricing excludes VAT/ Custom taxes when C9 hardware is shipped overseas from Singapore.
Estimated delivery and taxes charges are only an estimate for clients to ensure they have buffer in their budgeting but actual amount for delivery and taxes charges will be billed only upon invoicing (and could be lower or higher)

Contract Term: Min 12 months and min 30 day cancellation notice for a unique C9 user subscription

This Order is governed by the applicable Master Service Agreement signed by Cloud9 Technologies LLC (including its affiliates) and Customer.
