Athletic Hall of Fame - Nomination Form

Since its founding in 1996, the Lansing Catholic High School (LCHS) Athletic Hall of Fame has honored individuals and teams whose achievements, contributions, and service have left a lasting impact on Cougar athletics.

We’re proud to continue this tradition—and we need your help to identify those who deserve to be remembered.

Whether it’s a record-breaking athlete, a beloved coach, or a team that made Cougar history, this is your chance to shine a spotlight on their legacy.

For each class of inductees, the Hall of Fame will include nominations from our “Heritage Schools”: St. Mary’s, Resurrection, Gabriels, and O’Rafferty High Schools. Graduates from Lansing Catholic (Central) High School, and our above Heritage Schools are encouraged to apply for the LCHS Athletic Hall of Fame.
