Annual Giving Statement Letter Template Creation Wizard
This form will collect some information about you, your church, and your church's ministry highlights in the last year in order to generate a letter template that you can include with your church's year-end giving statements. This reinforces your church's generosity by celebrating their giving and the impact that it made.

For this exercise and sample letter, we set this template up to highlight four "wins". In your actual year-end giving challenge, you may have fewer or greater wins you wish to celebrate and affirm. This is a personal choice and should be consistent with your needs and your church's culture and DNA. Keep in mind that you can edit your actual letter to have as many or as few components as you feel you need, but this template is set up for three components as a teaching exercise.
