Hi! You are here because you want to request an awesome Halloween themed tattoo for a super special rate! Please be aware that availability is limited, and I am only running this for HALLOWEEN/SPOOKY tattoos to be done in OCTOBER. Filling this form is not a guarantee you'll get a spot.
LIMITATIONS/EXCEPTIONS:

NO COVER UPS.

PALM-SIZED (3.5"-4"ish)

NO DIFFICULT LOCATIONS (EXAMPLE: Side of necks, chests, underboobs, knees, elbows etc. If you don't know if the area is difficult, include it and we'll talk about it.)
