Please complete this form along with all fees. After form submission, vendor coordinator will confirm availability with host church and send you final confirmation.
Vendor pricing for businesses interested in selling or promoting their products is $75 per day. Your registration includes one 6-foot table and two chairs. For all other special needs or questions please email ryano@ndcpaw.org.
