  • You need a current, valid Kentucky driver's license for your backgrounds to be run (Driving, State of Kentucky, National - also paid for by TACK). A copy will need to accompany your application. Please do NOT attach a copy of your social security card.

    You will need to pass the pre-employment drug screen test (paid for by TACK).

    You will need to be able to obtain DOT certification (paid for by TACK).

    You MUST be willing to push wheelchairs (there is NO EXCEPTION).

    You MUST be flexible with your hours of availability. TACK's hours of operation are from 4:30am - 8:00pm

    We understand life happens and everyone has a past, we are an employer of second chances. However, you cannot have ANY CRIMES OF VIOLENCE on your record whatsoever (assault, domestic violence, wanton endangerment, sex crimes, child abuse, etc.). Any drug or alcohol related charges must be beyond 5 years of your application date. And no more than 2 moving violations within 3 years are permitted.

    In connection with my suitability to associate with Northcentral MS EPA ("Company"), I authorize Company to request a consumer and/or investigative consumer report on me from HireRight.
