Vendor Application for Popping Up Freedom Rocks

Please allow 4-5 days for your application to be looked over.

Please let know what you'd like to sell, or what your offerings would be. Be descript, please let us know the range of cost for your items, or services. Please upload pictures for review.

We will reach out as soon as we can.

We are happy to host vendors any day of the week, but weekends are typically busier.

If we contact you to vend, there is a daily fee to pop up-

$33 for a weekday, $44 for a weekend day.

$77 if you choose to sell on both Saturday and Sunday.

I hereby agree and give my permission for Freedom Rocks and/or partners to record, film,photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on Freedom Rocks website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of Freedomrocksco's control. I agree that I will not hold Freedom Rocks responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.

Vendors will be responsible for set-up and break-down of display as well as bringing display items; table, chair ect.

Arrive with a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Please do not leave your space for longer than 20 minutes as it will be left unattended.

Cancelations or reschedules must be made within 48 hours to recieve refund.
