To turn on a common Body Worn Camera first you must press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The camera will chime and vibrate. To record, press the video button and hold it for 3 seconds. The camera will say "Recording Started" and it will chime and vibrate. To stop recording, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
