WAIVER RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY By signing this you acknowledge you understand this waiver and YOU GIVE UP ALL YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS TO SUE FOR INJURIES OR LOSS CAUSED BY Rugged

*WE, the undersigned applicant, on behalf of myself, members of my family, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby forever release, discharge and hold harmless Rugged Coast Research Society, herein referred to as RCRS, for any injury, loss or damage to my person or property howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with my taking part in any of the activities led by RCRS or related activities and notwithstanding that the same may be caused or contributed to by the negligence of the instructors, and participants.

*WE consent to the risks such as loss of property or harm to our persons associated with these activities.

*WE understand that many of the activities have inherent hazards and RCRS cannot guarantee everyone's safety at all times.

*WE understand that surfing, boating and beach cleaning in wilderness conditions with forests, rocks, wild animals, and ocean conditions is hazardous and unexpected events happen so that injury or death may occur.

*WE understand that RCRS assumes no liability or responsibility for injury or loss to my person or my property and that I am responsible for my own safety and We are responsible for all costs of rescue or medical attention.

*WE, the undersigned applicant, parent/guardian hereby acknowledge that there are property damage and personal injury risks associated with the activities.

*WE acknowledge and accept these risks.

*WE release and discharge RCRS from any claim, action or damage arising out of the applicant's activities while in their care.

A minor (any individual under the age of nineteen years) must have the consent of his or her parent or legal guardian, who must sign below on behalf of the minor.
