Deadline for Submission is August 15, 2025.
Instructions:
- You may apply for up to $3000 in grant money.
- Create a short narrative description of the project or plan you intend to use the grant funds to accomplish. The narrative should include the following elements:
- Narrative - Project Description
- Budget - A budget for the project or activity. Indicate the items (i.e. groceries, equipment, testing materials, textbooks, printed material, etc.) and the estimated dollar amounts.
- Please note that you have the option to upload documents at the end of the form. If you are uploading a document, please indicate that you will be doing that.
