WORKSHOP PROPOSAL SUBMISSION FORM

We're so excited to hear about the workshop you would like to lead at Craftcation 2023!

PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM FOR EACH OF THE WORKSHOPS YOU ARE PROPOSING. After you submit this form, there will be an option to submit another.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION.

Let us know what equipment and/or supplies are needed to complete the project your workshop. This includes machinery (sewing machines, kiln, heat gun, etc.) or supplies like pencils or notepads on each table as well as ALL specific supplies required to complete your project. DO NOT assume that anything will already be there. If you need pencils on every table, be sure to include them in your supply list as well as the quantity needed (one per table, one per attendee, etc).

Even if you have taught this workshop at Craftcation before, you will need to submit a full supply list. We are unable to use previously submitted information.

**BE VERY SPECIFIC with supplies and quantities.** For example: If you request interfacing for your project, we need to know the type, a brand if possible, and the exact quantity needed per student.

Feel free to include links to specific products. Know that we may not be able to accommodate your exact item but we will provide you with the closest version possible. Our team will be in touch if we have any further questions about your requests.

Please include the following information PER SUPPLY required for your workshop:
Quantity, item description, link, if possible or if the supply isn’t basic (in other words you don’t need to add a link for #2 pencils).

TECHNOLOGY AND A/V SUPPORT

Not all of our classrooms have A/V capabilities. We prioritize these rooms for Business Workshops and Special Events. If you are hosting a craft workshop and your project ABOSLUTELY MUST have A/V support, you may fill out this form and we will do our best to meet your needs. 

A few of the Craft Workshop Classrooms have TVs with HDMI connections and if you MUST HAVE A/V for your project we will try to place you in one of these rooms. You will need to bring your own laptop and your own HDMI connector with a length of at least 4'. Presenters requiring a sewing machine/serger will not be in a classroom with A/V capabilities.

A/V SUPPORT INCLUDES ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• A screen/TV in order to share intricate detailing, your hands as you work, etc.
• The need for a projector to display a presentation for a business workshop
• The need for a microphone and speakers - EVENTS AND BUSINESS ONLY (this is provided in our larger ballroom classrooms by request only). The craft classrooms are small enough that amplification isn’t needed.
