  • YDH's DTF Sample Sheet is a 22" x 22" sheet curated by us to display our product. You will find examples of large print coverage, a thin line restriction guide, color capabilities, and photograph quality prints. This sample sheet is free of charge.

  • Please fill out this form to recieve a quote or place an order. We will process your order details and email you a detailed order confirmation link with proofs and pricing to review before we go to print.

    We will not go to production until you have reviewed the order confirmation details and submitted payment. If you need to cancel your request or make changes, you can do so before submitting payment.

    • We will not print copyrighted or trademarked artwork.
      We have the right to refuse to print anything that may be on the border of infringement, unless otherwise documented that you have permission to use the artwork from the original owner.

      Examples of artwork that we will not print:
      Taylor Swift, Nintendo, Disney, Bluey, Marvel, Nike, etc.

      Artwork Recommendations:
      We suggest a minimum line thickness of 2.5pt or 11px at 300 DPI. Lines or details thinner than this may not have enough adhesive and you will most likely have issues during application. 

      We suggest thickening up thin elements or adding an outline to meet this minimum thickness.

      We print in CMYK format. If you provide artwork in RGB format, it will be converted to CMYK. Additionally, some RGB colors cannot be created using CMYK process. We recommend creating all art files in CMYK so you have a better understanding of what colors will look like printed.

      Color output is not guaranteed to match what you see on screen, especially since all monitors and devices have different display settings and colors can look much different between what is on screen and what is printed. If specific color matches are required, please provide us with Pantone Solid Coated color matches. This is the only system we use for color matching. We will not use RBG, HEX, CMYK, or any other Pantone color book for color matching.

      File Types and Gang Sheets:
      We accept vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) and raster formats (PNG, JPG). Vector is preferred whenever possible. 

      For raster formats, please ensure your files are to scale or larger for print, at least 300 DPI, and PNG files have a transparent background. If your PNG or JPG file have a background fill that you need removed, you can request assistance in the "Editing Details or Order Requests" section of this form.

      To build a gang sheet file, programs like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (or similar) are recommended. Gang sheets should be no wider than 22" or 44". Please ensure your sheets do not exceed 90"H for 22"W sheets, or 70"H for 44"W sheets.

    • ADDITIONAL SERVICE: ARTWORK CHECK $10

      If selected, we will check to ensure all your prints meet our suggested line width minimum, files are high resolution for print, and there are no visible concerns with printing.

    • ADDITIONAL SERVICE: PANTONE MATCHING $25

      If selected, we will adjust your files & do a press check for the best color output match to Pantone’s Solid Coated Color Guide.

    • EDITING DETAILS OR ORDER REQUESTS:

      In the box below, please list any requested edits to your art file(s).

      If you require color matching, please provide us with Pantone Solid Coated color matches. This is the only system we use for color matching. We will not use RBG, HEX, CMYK, or any other Pantone color book for color matching.

      NOTE: Extensive edits may result in art charges. We will contact you for an art edit quote. We charge $60/hour with a $15 minimum.

      If no edits or Pantone matching requests are needed, please enter "none".

  •   DTF PRINT POLICIES:  

    THIN LINES AND DETAILS: Recommended minimum line thickness of 2.5pt (11px at 300 PPI).
    COLOR OUTPUT: We print in CMYK. All RBG files will be converted to CMYK.
    COLOR MATCHING: Only Pantone Solid Coated swatches will be used for color output matching. If you need to report poor color matching after you receive your prints, you must provide images of the color swatch from your gang sheet next to a Pantone Solid Coated color guide book swatch. If you do not have a Pantone book, we will assume our color matching is correct, as we cannot guarantee that Pantone swatches on a digital screen are accurate.
    MISSING PRINTS: Pictures of uncut sheets must be emailed for review to receive replacements.
    RUINED GARMENTS: Only misprints will be replaced at no charge. Costs accumulated by garment replacements are not our liability.
    DEADLINE FOR REPORTING: Up to 10 business days from order delivery to report missing prints or misprints.

    We will send you an order confirmation to confirm your order and pricing. An approval and payment are required to go to production. Delay in approval and/or payment could delay when your order ships.
