    I know, I know! You've always been told to come with "dirty hair" because "the color takes better"

    MYTH BUSTED! Our products are much less harsh now, meaning they could have complications breaking the barrier on oil and product buildup. For optimal results, a fresh base is best to work with! Try washing the night before.

    My goal is to give you your best hair yet! In the salon and out. If you're needing styling tips and tricks, need to up your product game or maybe you want to chat about future appointments and changes- put your questions in your notes right in your phone so you dont forget! That way, I can help guide you in the right direction or help you conquer any challenges you may have outside of the salon.

    You will be recieveing a few texts prior to your hair date, please confirm your upcoming appointment so I know we are still on!

    If you decide you may want to change things up or add on services to an upcoming appointment, please contact me prior so we can make sure our booked time will accomodate! We may have to book it at your next session. 
     

     

  • Policies

    Cancellation/Re-Schedule /Tardiness/No-Show
  • As of January 1st, 2021 all guests will require a card on file. Please respect my time as I respect yours. You will be asked to save your card info when you pay your invoice. Please make sure to pay with the card you'd like to keep on file. If you do not save a card on file, your reservation will not be accepted.

    If you are a new guest, you will add your card to your Square profile prior to booking. 

     

     1.| Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy |

    I take each guests time very seriously, as I do my own. This timeframe will allow for me to fill your spot and make someone elses day by getting them in a little earlier! If you need to move or cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Any less time does not give my other guests or myself, enough time to make arrangements. This includes illness. 

    Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the base service booked. 

    *Cancel/Reschedule DAY OF  will result in a charge of 100% of the service booked that day.

    Ex: If you are scheduled for an 8 week retouch ($85), you will be charged $42.50.

     

    2.|Adjusting Services|


    Guests are booked for time according to the services scheduled. Guests altering services within 48 hours of of the appointment time to decrease services rendered (ex: getting a tone when a full color service has been scheduled) will still be charged the full service booked. Please alter your services 48+ hours in advance.

     

    3.| No call, No show |

    If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, your card will automatically be charged 100% of the base service booked. 

    4. |Tardiness|

    Again, I completely understand that things happen. Please text the suite phone (414)301-1767 if you are going to be late. I will always try to make things work but if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to adjust your appointment or reschedule.

    *No action on the card will be taken unless any of the above occur.
