  • Will there be vendors selling food at your event?*
  • If YES, you must submit the Event Coordinator permit at least seven (7) working days prior to your event. You must obtain this permit from the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD).

  • Will there be sales of BEER, WINE, or LIQUOR at your event?*
  • If YES, you must submit the Liquor Letter at least thirty (30) days prior to your event. The template for this letter will be sent to your email upon submittal of this online form. 

  • Will you have retail merchandise sales/vendors at your event?*
  • If YES, you must submit a complete list merchants and submit Vendor Fees to Parks & Recreation at least ten (10) days prior to your event  to fall under the Temporary Multi Vendor License or you may obtain your own Multi Vendor License from Clark County Business License Department.

  • Are you erecting any single tent over 400sq. ft. with at least 1 sidewall; single tent over 700 sq. ft. with no sidewalls; or multiple tents with aggregate area of over 700 sq. ft. without a fire break clearance of 12 feet?*
  • If YES, you must submit a Temporary Fire Permit at least seven (7) days prior to your event. You must obtain this permit from Clark County Building and Fire Prevention.

  • Will your event impact the normal flow of traffic on any public street or right-of-way (sidewalks, medians, and trails) within unincorporated Clark County?*
  • If YES, you must submit a Special Event Permit at least thirty (30) days prior to your event. You must obtain this permit from Clark County Public Works.

    You must also submit a plan for how area residents and businesses will be notified of street closures, parking restrictions, and traffic congestion.

  • Rental Equipment

    Please select any equipment you'd like to rent from Clark County Parks & Recreation for your event. Audio/Video/Lighting Technician staff are REQUIRED to operate Clark County Parks & Recreation equipment. Mobile Stage Technician fees are included for first 8 hours. *Labor charges are billed seperately after event completion.
