Schedule & Consolation Opt-Out

Games will be fixed schedule for all first 2 rounds.

Small Schools: 9am and 12pm

Big Schools: 10am and 1pm

Win both, advance to Championship at 2pm (Small School) and 3pm (Big School)

*Top 2 seeds returning in each division will play at 11am and 2pm (Small), 3pm (Big) respectively

*Team that wins after losing first game will be asked to stay and play a 3rd game at 2pm (Small School) and 3pm (Big School). This is the Consolation game.

We will do our best to accommodate schools that only want to play 2 games but reserve the right to replace teams that Opt out should too many teams do so.

Pottstown High School

Gym Address: Strom Gymnasium 555 East St. Pottstown PA 19464.
- One day tournament
- 2 Games Guaranteed
- Teams responsible for numbered uniform
- Ref fees included in cost of team registration
- 2 Coaches and 12 players enter with paid registration fee. (Enter as group with coach) All other spectators pay entry fee. No Exceptions.
- Tournament schedule provided on or before 10/1/23 (approx)
- Games 9am & 12pm (Small Schools)
- Games 10am & 1pm (Big Schools)
- NOTE: Top 2 returning seeds will play at 11am and 2pm (Small School) or 3pm (Big School)
- Championship game anticipated between 2-3pm.
- Due to ever-changing health, safety and other protocols, schedule and terms are subject to change. Should tournament be cancelled by organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, then full refund will be provided. No other refunds will be permitted.
