THE TRAINING DAY AGREEMENT

CHANGE IN THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

A final attendee count for group training workshops is needed 10 days before the Training Day to ensure adequate staffing and materials. The final balance amount due is based on the 10-day count.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the Client cancels more than 14 days before the Training Day, a $100 fee is due.

If the Client cancels 3 - 14 days before the Training Day, 50% of the total is due, and any deposit made is subject to be non-refundable. If booked within six months, the amount paid, minus a $300 fee, may be applied to a future Training Day.

If the Client cancels within 48 hours of the Training Day, 100% of the amount is due. Up to 75% of the amount paid may be applied to future Training Days at the discretion of the Culture Company, LLC.

SOCIAL MEDIA/PHOTO-RELEASE

The Client gives The Culture Company, LLC, permission to take pictures and videos to support the mission and vision of both the Client and The Culture Company.

The Client gives The Culture Company, LLC, permission to advertise, promote, and upload pictures and videos to its social media platforms that ethically support the mission, vision, and purpose of both the Client and The Culture Company.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS (If Applicable)

The Client will provide a participant roster and a list of allergies and dietary preferences for groups of equal to or more than 3 persons 10 days before The Training Day.

MATERIALS PROVIDED (Based on the Details Outlined Within The Proposal/Agreement)

The Culture Company will supply and/or provide groups of more than 35 persons that are securing etiquette training services the following: 1 Facilitator, a 1-Hour Pre-Training Day Orientation, Course Material, Menu Cards, Certificates of Completion, 15-30-minute Follow-up Coaching to K-12 and College Students for 1-year, and a Schedule/Timeline.

PAYMENT

Unless noted differently in the client quote, the standard K-12 rate is $39 per child for student groups of at least 35 persons.

90-minute virtual &/or private etiquette courses for student(s) depend on the number of sessions being requested, the student's age, and the number of persons being trained. (90-minutes is the minimum time for a virtual workshop)

A 50% deposit is due to secure The Training Day and -if applicable - the Private Room Reservation. Our company's policy is to receive client payment before completing the Training Day(s). The Client must pay the rate, and the (food and beverage) balance ten days before the Training Day. Payments can be made by Company Checks (no personal checks) or via Zelle to Antoinette L Dunstan.

COVID-19

Any interaction in person or that involves the public poses an inherent risk of exposure to COVID, a contagious disease that can lead to illness and death. By securing a Training Day and participating in an in-person Training Day with The Culture Company, LLC, clients/attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. The present-day health conditions will determine social distancing requirements and wearing masks within the city or state where The Training Day is scheduled to occur.

The Client has read, understands, and accepts these terms and conditions carefully. The laws of the State of Georgia (USA) govern this Agreement. I understand that I am responsible for the payment of services rendered.
