Sydney Festival 2023 - Casual Crew Application Form

Sydney Festival is looking for crew for the 2023 Festival!

Each year the festival has a wide range of crewing requirements across all of our venues from late December 2022 to early February 2023. Crew needed include everything from site crew to help set up outdoor festival sites to people with experience in theatre lighting, sound or wardrobe.

Festival dates: Thursday 5 – Sunday 29 January 2023

Festival period (when we need crew): Tuesday 13 December 2022 – Friday 3 February 2023

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

As some of our venues still have a requirement for staff working backstage to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, can you please indicate if you can meet this requirement.*

A lot of things have to happen behind the scenes to allow us to start to allocate crew so your patience is appreciated. The earlier you supply your information, then the earlier we know that you are interested and available. We receive a huge number of crew applications and with 90+ shows, this is not a speedy process. We will be working fast and furiously behind the scenes to make it happen so please be patient!
