Thank you for showing interest in booking with me! In order to help me with tattoo requests, please fill out this form as best as you can. Once this is filled out, it will help me provide you with a price estimate for your tattoo.

My minimum for a Tattoo is $100

You must be 18 years old or older with a valid government issued ID in order to get a tattoo.

Once I review your request I will text you with a quote and deposit information.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment.

The deposit goes towards your tattoo.

I require at least a 24 hour notice to reschedule a tattoo appointment if needed.

Appointments can be rescheduled once.

Drawings will be available day of your appointment and changes can be made to the design if needed.
