Programming: Residencies Registration Form

Please indicate your commitment to attend upcoming residencies. Your response allows us to coordinate programming including guests, space requirements etc.

We understand that world events may preclude travel. Your commitment made here is subject to travel being viable.

If you commit to attending but then experience a personal, family or medical emergency that prevents attendance, you will need to fill out an exemption form and supply appropriate supportive evidence.

There is an opportunity to do a research presentation on Wed 24th Jan, with guest reviewers (30 mins - 15 min presentation / 15 min feedback). If you would like to do a presentation please indicate below. There are 9 presentation slots available. Allocation is first come, first served. (optional for MFA & PhD)

If you intend to present, please describe if you have any special tech or space requests.
