BOOKING FEE / RETAINER
A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer of $50–$100 (depending on your tattoo quote) is required to book an appointment — no exceptions.
Retainers are strongly preferred in Cash, made in person. I also accept CashApp, debit/credit cards, and AfterPay (note: card and AfterPay payments may include additional fees). The retainer is due at the time of booking and goes toward your final session or total tattoo cost. Appointments will not be held without a retainer.
This policy protects both our time — once your spot is reserved, I turn away other clients and start preparing your design outside of regular hours.
RESCHEDULING: I get it — life happens! You’re allowed ONE RESCHEDULE as long as it’s requested at least 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule late or don’t show up, your retainer will be forfeited and a new one will be required to book again.
If you need to reschedule a second time, a new retainer will be required.
DEADLINES: Appointments must be booked within 3 months of paying your retainer, or it will be forfeited.
Exceptions are made for pregnancy or other health-related situations 🫶🏼
REASONS A RETAINER MAY BE FORFEITED:
•Showing up under the influence of drugs or alcohol
•Sunburn on the tattoo area
•Rash, injury, or irritation at the tattoo site
•Using numbing cream without my knowledge or approval
NO-SHOWS / LATENESS: If you’re more than 20 minutes late, it’ll be considered a no-show, and your retainer will be forfeited.
Please give as much notice as possible if you are running late OR need to reschedule — good communication helps everything run smoothly.
If you no-call/no-show, I will not accept any future bookings from you.
