The Scheduling Fee (aka Deposit) is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE for ANY reason.
• Cancellations with less than a 48-hour notice and no-shows forfeit your deposit.
• Arriving 20 minutes late for scheduled appointment may result in loss of scheduled appointment, as well as scheduling fee.
• An appointment made without a deposit can only be held for 4 hours.
• You may lose your deposit & need rescheduled if the the following conditions occur:
•Client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Sunburn.
• Injury, Rash or hives on agreed upon location.
• Use of numbing cream without the Artists' consent.
• In the event of a reschedule, you must do so 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in being charged a new deposit to schedule again.
• The rescheduled date MUST be within 6 months of when deposit was paid. Failure to have a scheduled appointment in the books may result in a forfeited deposit.
• If you need to reschedule a 2nd time, there will be a $100 Rescheduling Fee PLUS $100 Deposit, before you are given a new day. (This $200 will be deducted from your total cost).
• Rescheduling a 3rd time may result in your artist dropping you from their booking altogether.
• I understand that I need to provide a Government-issued ID at the time of my appointment.
