2022 CTA Refund Policy
Since the CTA will incur certain expenses prior to the Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy:
14 business days before the event or earlier: refund 100%, less $50.00 + tax processing fee
or less than 14 business days before the event: no refund
There are no refunds possible less than 14 days before the event. All cancellations must be received in writing (by e-mail or hardcopy mail).
Substitution of registrants is permitted at any time. If you are unable to find a substitute, a full refund (less the $50 administration fee) is available if a cancellation request is received in writing 14 days prior to the program date. No other refund is available.
Refunds will be provided by cheque or by applying a refund to the credit card used in registering. There will be no refunds granted for registrants who do not meet the conditions outlined above. To contact us for more information or for cancellations, please send an email to email@example.com
