CPP = ClubWide Player Pass, Due Wednesday 12 PM Each Week
  • ROSTER REVISION REQUESTS

We understand roster management is critical to your team's success.  We are committed to helping your team manage your roster, revise, and flex as the need arises. Please abide by the following parameters for requests.

    1. All requests must be made via Feedback Form.
    2. All requests require a RECEIVING and LOANING team contact from the Coaching Staff (managers can make requests, but coaches must be copied for both teams).
    3. Weekly league CPP requests must be made by Wednesday, 12 PM, of each week, to provide adequate processing time.
    4. Tournament Roster Revisions are required 2 weeks in advance of the event.
    5. Any player pass purchase required, will take at least one week for processing, and is not within the control of WSA Soccer.

    • WSA CPP COMMUNICATION EXPECTATION:

I understand that this request is only processed if the loaning team and appropriate director of coaching has been contacted, and request approved. For unapproved requests, the request may be elevated to club directors. Club directors are requested to provide reasons for non approval of CPP requests.

    • WSA CPP TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING

I understand that use of CPP should only be for the following reasons, under the purview, guidance, and review of a club director:

      A. To help players gain match experience, who may have reduced opportunity in other teams.

      B. To help teams who are shorthanded of players for various reasons, to retain the WSA roster minimum standards (11v11 = 15 game day, 9v9 = 12 game day, 7v7 = 9 game day, 4v4 = 6 game day).

I understand that it is not allowed to use CPP to help gain competitive advantage or to "load up" a roster with the pursuit of team results.  The only exception to this is in "advancement" or "elmination" or "promotion/relegation" situations in regional league or regional/national tournament play.
