This event is free, but registration is required. Please RSVP using the form below. The Endangered Species Tour will run from 9am-5pm. Transportation and lunch is provided. The tour will depart from Turkey Creek Nature Preserve (3906 Turkey Creek Rd, Pinson, AL 35126).

STATE OF ALABAMA
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
FOR FRESHWATER LAND TRUST

The undersigned fully understands and agrees that by entering onto a property owned by the Freshwater Land Trust, there is a possibility of accidental physical injury. For and in consideration of being able to enter a Freshwater Land Trust property, the undersigned agrees to assume the risk of injury (including death) and further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the FRESHWATER LAND TRUST, a non-profit Alabama corporation (“Land Trust”) and its successors, assigns, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability (including attorney’s fees and other legal costs) for such injuries (including death), and/or property damages suffered or incurred by the undersigned arising out of or resulting from the condition of said premises, the negligence or unintentional acts of the Land Trust, or the actions of the undersigned, or the actions of third parties on said premises. The undersigned understands and agrees that said premises are licensed hereunder "AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS". Any person entering upon said premises without having signed a copy of this form shall be deemed a TRESPASSER.
Permission to Use Photographs

I grant to Freshwater Land Trust (FLT) and its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the Red Rock Trail System, FLT properties, and FLT activities. I authorize Freshwater Land Trust, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Freshwater Land Trust may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. I have read and understand the above.
