You must be affiliated with Concordia University to book the Mini Box. The User must be the principle contact and will be responsible to coordinate all other participants for the described project.

Are you planning a public event in correspondence with this reservation?

If the space is to be used for a public event, FA will contact the requestor to attain further information.
It may be necessary for the requestor to meet with FA staff to receive a brief orientation before the event.

The requestor will be considered the event coordinator and must be present through the duration of the event.

The requestor will be expected to be familiar with and to follow University policies.

No Food or Drink is allowed in the Black Box.
