To request a Crossroads pastor to perform your wedding.
Congratulations on your engagement! We're excited you're interested in choosing us to celebrate with you on your special day.

This Wedding Request Form lets our church know that you'd like a Crossroads pastor to conduct your wedding ceremony. To have us peform the wedding, we ask that you complete this request form. Someone from the staff will contact you once you've completed and submitted the form.

Please note that we typically ask for a $350 love gift donation for the pastor performing the ceremony. There is typically 3-5 premarital preparitory counseling sessions, and typically a ceremony rehearsal is offered. Couples are also often asked to take an engagement survey via a tool called "Prepare Enrich" (at a cost of $35 for the couple).
