Restricted One Bedroom - 1/5th Membership (First Round)

We are asking for your top six choices for the entire calendar year. As a reminder, beginning this year all Planned Vacations must arrive and depart on a Tuesday, including when you plan to deposit your week with one of our reciprocity partners. Please be sure to note in the comments if your desired dates are not the full 7 days.

All requests must be submitted by September 30, 2022, in order to preserve your priority. Requests received after September 30, 2022 will be entered once all of the punctual requests have been processed. We will begin sending written confirmations on or before October 15, 2022.

All Residence Club Members with Elite Alliance Reciprocity privileges who wish to deposit their Mayacama Planned Vacations into the Elite Alliance Program may deposit a One-Bedroom Casita booked for a seven day week beginning and ending on a Tuesday, which equates to one deposited Planned Vacation.

All Residence Club Members with Timbers Reciprocity privileges who wish to deposit their Planned Vacations into the Timbers Reciprocity Program are required to deposit two One-Bedroom Casitas booked for the same seven day week beginning and ending on a Tuesday, which equates to two deposited Planned Vacations.

Note: Reciprocity deposits will not be accepted for the following:

Spring Aeration: March 20 - 27
All Vintner Pour: May 2 - 9
Mayacama Cup: May 23 - 30
Member-Member Tournament: June 20 - 27
Mayacama Club Championship: August 15 - 22
Women's Member-Guest: September 5 - 12
Men's Member-Guest: September 26 - October 3
Fall Aeration: October 9 - 17
Thanksgiving: November 21 - 28
