Guest Vendor Details/Rules

All Guests Must Adhere to Same Rules as Seasonal Vendors
Booth Details
- 10x10 spaces will be available for $50 (flat-fee) for approved dates and payable “day of” or in advance.
- Vendor location will be assigned by Marc. See him or Market Master on duty that morning for details.
- Each space can accommodate a canopy and (one or two) 6' tables (cannot exceed 10' in width). Both of which are available to rent for $10 each for the day.
Market Rules
- Setup Time: Vendors can set up as early as 5:30am but no later than 6:45am.
- Parking: Off-site only! No vendors or their staff are allowed to park in customer lot (or ANYWHERE on 32nd Street) after 7am, even seasonal ones. We recommend using the lot at the Giant (601 E. 33rd Street). We have a parking-lot monitor who will help usher shoppers in and out of the lot.
- Paperwork: All vendors must have valid insurance and any necessary food-related licenses.
- Currency: Customers enjoy a variety of payment options at our market, and we offer a token system for customers low on cash. As such, eligible guest vendors are also expected to accept the $5 tokens in exchange for a check the following week. (See Marc or Beau for details.)
- No Call/No Show: As this behavior affects the fluid operation of the market, vendors not calling out at least 24 hours before their scheduled date will likely not be invited back.
- Bad Weather/Cancellations: Notify Marc Rey (410.917.1496) or Beau Z. Brendt (beauzbrendt@gmail.com) by 5 PM Friday if you have decided to opt out for any reason. If it is for the safety of staff and products; there is no penalty. We will reschedule you as quickly as possible.
- Saturday morning emergency: Text or call Marc Rey (410-917-1496) immediately.
