    Scaffidi's Catering allows special accommodations for kids that are 10 years of age or younger that are attending your event. Please read the options below. Don't have any kids 10 years of age or younger? Simply put "NONE" in the box below. PRE-PLANNED FOOD SERVICES: Kids 10 years of age or younger can partake in your Pre-Arranged Meal Service at 50% off of the regular pricing. ORDERING FROM KID'S MENU: Kids 10 years of age or younger can forego the Pre-Arranged Meal Service and can order off of the Kid's Menu at the Kid's Menu Pricing. The kids may order off of the menu on the night of the event. No pre-ordering needed.

    If there are any guests that you know will be in attendance at your event that requires special accommodations due to Food Allergies or Sensitivities, please indicate them in the box below. If you do not have anyone that fits into this category, please indicate by putting NONE. Please submit what their Food Allergies or Sensitives are and your Event Representative can confirm whether or not they are affected by anything as a part of your event. If they are, your Event Representative will work with you to adapt a plan for these affected guests.

    In the field below, please indicate what Bar Services you would like to offer your guests during your event: CASH BAR = The Guest will be responsible to pay for any and all Alcoholic Beverages that they consume during their time at your event. SEMI-OPEN BAR: The Guest will be able to order an unlimited amount of Beer and Wine from the Bar, but if they wish to have any Liquor Beverages - they will be responsible to pay for this on their own. You will pay for the Beer and Wine that they order. OPEN BAR: You will be responsible to pay for any and all Alcoholic Beverages that your Guests order on the night of the event. You may choose to place limits on the amount of drinks that the Guests can order (via a ticket system) while on the Semi-Open or Open Bar Services. You may also place a total budget that you wish to spend for the Bar and once that budget is achieved, the Bar Services will cease for your event. As a reminder, a 20% Service Charge and 7.25% OH Sales Tax will be assessed to all services provided by Scaffidi's Catering, therefore whatever budget you indicate will have 27.25% put towards these fees.

    In the field below, please indicate what Dessert Services you would like to offer your guests during your event: PROVIDING YOUR OWN DESSERT = Scaffidi's Catering allows its Clients to provide their own Desserts to celebrate their events, as long as it is a Baked Dessert such as Cakes, Cupcakes, or Cookies. Scaffidi's Catering will handle the cutting and serving of the Dessert as well as providing of the Disposable Plates & Forks for the Dessert. CATERER'S DESSERT TRAY: The Caterer offers a Dessert Tray with Mini Cannolis and Chocolate Raviolis on it. Interested? Place the information in the box below and your Event Representative will provide it on your Estimate as to the number of trays that you will need for your amount of guests. NO DESSERT = Some events don't have Desserts and that is okay, as well. Just indicate so in the box below!

    Need a certain amount of tables for displays, decorations, gifts, prizes, etc.? Have a request as to how we set up the space for you? Indicate any notes in the box below and your Event Representative will be glad to take these under consideration upon setting up your space. There are requests, however, either due to the spacing constrictions or best practices that may not allow us to honor some requests.

    Can you please provide us an update to your Final Count at this time? Clients utilizing the Standard Lunch or Dinner Buffet Plans have up to 48 hours before the time of their event to finalize their Final Count. All other Food Services require a FIVE DAY submission of the Final Count. If the deadline for your specific Food Service has already passed, we will use the count provided in this submission as your Final Count. Otherwise, you will have an opportunity to submit your Final Count at a later time. Have kids or individuals that have Dietary Restrictions? Please indicate how many individuals fit in these two categories so that they may be separated from the Food Preparation Count, if needed.
