Dear Parent/Guardian & Player. Welcome to Junior & Youth Football at Langtoft United. For some, this will be your first experience of our club, and we warmly welcome you.

Please ensure you complete and read all sections, anything added to this form will be held in confidence.

The club and our coaches need to know these details in order to meet the specific needs of your child.

 

Club fees are monthly with one annual registration fee in August. All payments for fees will be made via our club app Spond at the beginning of each month.

Season fees run from August to May every season.

Fees are as follows:

September 2024

Annual registration fee: £30 (£20 monthly subscription + £10 registration)

Dual sign fee: £6 (For those who are signing for a second Langtoft team)

October 2024-May 2025

Monthly subscription: £20

Training only: £10

Sibling discount: £10

Please note:

Non-payment of subscription over an extended period of 2 months could result in your son/daughter receiving a club playing/training suspension unless extreme circumstances are agreed with the Club secretary before non-payment.

The club disciplinary procedure is designed to help and encourage all members of Langtoft United Football Club to achieve and maintain standards of behaviour as detailed within the club's Code of Conduct.

 

Langtoft United FC recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all young people in sports.

At times the club may wish to take photos of its teams or individual players. We adhere to FA Guidelines to ensure these are safe and respectful and used solely for the purposes they are intended for, which are promotion and celebration of the activities of the club and training purposes.

The club will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended for. Only club officials or those approved by the club will be permitted to take photographs of the children for publication on the www.langtoftunited.com website or the club's social media sites.

No names of any of the children will be published alongside the photographs.

Please indicate if this is acceptable to you by giving consent to your child being photographed at Langtoft United FC training sessions and matches. Please select an option below.

 

Kit & Equipment

Langtoft United supply match day kits which are funded by local sponsorship.

All kits must be respected and looked after. Any lost kit is the responsibility of the parent to replace at their financial cost. The lost kit must be reported to the team manager as soon as possible.

Upon leaving the club all kit is the property of Langtoft United FC and must be returned. Failure to return the kit will mean a suspension at any new club registered until the kit has been returned.

Payment of Player Fines

Please pays incurred by their son/daughter whilst playing junior or youth football for Langtoft United FC. These will normally be through caution or a sending-off offense particular attention to this point, to save confusion at a later date.

Parents/Guardians will be responsible for payment to the club of any fines or administrative cost.

Facilities

Please keep the facilities tidy and place your rubbish in the bins provided.

Also, we like to stay friends with our neighbours in the local community. Please no excessive noise or speed when entering or leaving the venue. 

 

Signing this form is a declaration that you will abide by the code of conduct and that you agree to be positive on the sidelines and be respectful, especially to the young referees. Let the coaches coach and the players play. Any safeguarding issues must be reported to the club committee.
