Studio Assistants (subs) should arrive 20 minutes early and leave 20 minutes after pick-up to support the preparation of the environment?
One way to gain the respect of a child/teen is to talk softly, listen intently, and be consistent with the parameters of the studio.
To be consistent with working with children at CM, I will support intrinsic motivation instead of praise and rewards. (Yep, not even saying "Good job".)
