To help you easily and efficiently complete the online Entry Form, we highly recommend that you follow the steps below. To prepare your entry:

1. We have constructed an optional (PDF or Word) worksheet to aid in the preplanning of the content in your entry. We strongly recommend using the worksheet before you fill out the online entry form.
2. Please pay close attention to the maximum number of words for each question and complete all required fields. In your response to each question, use specific and quantitative language. For best results, avoid using text from your marketing collateral.
3. When you’ve completed the worksheet, you can easily copy and paste the text content from your worksheet directly into the online Entry Form. Note that the Entry Form will truncate any pasted answers which exceed the word limit. We strongly recommend that you use the worksheet (or any word doc) to check the word count for your responses before pasting into the online entry form.
4. Note that when you use the online entry form you can save the form and return to it to complete any revisions before you submit. Once you submit the online entry form, it can no longer be edited.
