Family Catechesis exists to engage the whole family in faith formation. Families may be eligible for Family Catechesis if:

• Children are receiving regular instruction in the Catholic faith through a Catholic school or an approved Catholic Homeschool curriculum or

• Peculiar and legitimate circumstances prevent a child from attending weekly Religious Education classes

Admission into the Family Catechesis program is not guaranteed. Families may apply using this form, but admission should not be assumed until approval is given by Fr. Dawid Kwiatkowski or the Coordinator of Religious Education.

Our children receive regular religious instruction through a Catholic school. Our children receive regular religious instruction through our Catholic homeschool. Our children are not receiving regular religious instruction at home or in school , but are unable to attend Sunday religious education classes (CCD).

Sacramental Prep

Preparation for First Communion begins in 1st Grade and culminates with the reception of the sacrament at the end of 2nd Grade. Preparation for Confirmation begins in 7th Grade and culminates with the reception of the sacrament at the end of 8th Grade.

Thank your for your interest in our Family Catechesis program. You will receive a follow-up email from Renee Singleton, Coordinator of Religious Education, with an update on your acceptance status.

The cost to participate is $100 per family. All materials are provided.

Classes begin September 16.
