This application is for the Regional Leadership Conference (RLC) 2026 Hosting. Please answer all the required questions. This form must be submitted by Monday, July 1st, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET. If you have any questions, please contact Finnigan, the Regional Director, at ne_director@nacurh.org. You must also reach out to the NACURH CRC at crc@nacurh.org for a copy of the Host Acknowledgment Form. It's not a requirement for the application, but it's a requirement for confirmation.

Additionally, you understand that your application will not be considered if your materials (excluding the host acknowledgment form) are not received. (Please put primary conference chair's signature below)
Host Site Presentations:
- Presentations will take place in a scheduled meeting with the Conference Selection Committee for selection (Date TBD).
- Potential host sites will have to present for at least 15 minutes.
- Once selected, a Business Chat will be scheduled for confirmation by the region.
- Please reach out to the Regional Director with any questions or concerns you may have.
