Whipped ganache is a sturdier option for cakes. Commonly used under fondant OR for bittersweet chocolate lovers! The color will always be brown since it's made of real quality bakers chocolate & heavy cream.

Due to the weight of Fondant, all cakes will be frosted with American Buttercream or Ganache ( must also select the ganache upcharge option), then a layer(s) of fondant for a smoother look.
