Whipped ganache is a sturdier option for cakes. Commonly used under fondant OR for bittersweet chocolate lovers! The color will always be brown since it's made of real quality bakers chocolate & heavy cream.

Cakes are frosted with SMBC, American Buttercream or Ganache ( must also select the ganache upcharge option) under the fondant for a smoother look.
Because of Hawaii's climate, depending on the venue temperature and humidity, SMBC may not be an option.
Stacked tier upcharge covers additional stronger structural support and taller stronger boxes. It also includes the labor costs and additional decoration for seamless stacking between tiers.
