The Healthy Families is an evidence based home visitation program free of charge. Services are offered for up to 3 years and can be extended to 5 years for caregivers who seek the continued support. The program is strictly voluntary. To participate, the applicant must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident and provide proof of citizenship or legal resident status. Click Here for examples
