Hotel Reservation Instructions 

• Housing for the 2023 Georgia District Kiwanis Convention will be at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront located at 100 General McIntosh Boulevard Savannah, Georgia 31401. The online hotel reservation link can be found here.
• A special group rate is available at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront for $163-243 per night and is good from Wednesday, August 23, 2023 through Monday, August 28, 2023.
• The last day to book your hotel reservation at the discounted rate is Tuesday, July 25, 2023. Please contact the hotel directly to make your reservation. The online hotel reservation link can be found here. 

Convention Registration Instructions

In order to streamline the registration process and prevent no-shows, the only way to register is via credit card. If your Kiwanis Club is paying a portion of your registration, please seek reimbursement through your Kiwanis club. If you have questions about this policy, please contact the District Office.

Please note: convention registration and delegate certification are two different processes. If you are going to serve as a delegate from your club, please ensure you are also registered for the convention!

1. You may register yourself and one Spouse/Guest in the same registration. If you register your Spouse/Guest in another registration you must use a different email address because the registration system tracks registrations via email addresses.
   
   
2. If your Spouse/Guest is also a Kiwanian and is planning to participate in district convention activities such as attending workshops and/or serving as a delegate in the House of Delegates, they should register separately (including meals), utilizing their own email address.  
   
   
3. The District will maintain a supply of convention ribbons for you to add to your name badge on site.
   
   
4. Once your registration is complete you will receive an email confirmation of your registration. You will receive a second email confirmation of your electronic payment after it has been processed.
   
   
5. If you are paying by check, please mail your payment within 3 days to the Georgia District of Kiwanis at 4875 Riverside Drive, Suite 204, Macon, GA  31210.
   
   
6. Registration deadlines:
   • The Early Bird Registration fee of $60 per person will be honored until 11:59pm on Tuesday, July 25, 2023.
   • Registration fees for anyone who registers between Wednesday, July 26 and Thursday, August 17, 2023 will be $75 per person.
   • No registrations will be accepted after Thursday, August 17, 2023.
     
     
7. The deadline to register for meals is Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 11:59pm ET. After that, no meals will be available for purchase at the door. The meals you purchase are the meals that will appear on your name badge. If you make a mistake while registering, you must contact the Convention Chair or District Office to make a change no later than Thursday, August 17, 2022.
