Calling all artists and aspiring illustrators!
With ongoing support from Botanical Interests, the School of Botanical Art & Illustration is able to provide tuition and supplies for courses in our Botanical Illustration Foundational Certificate Program.

Scholarship program details:
Scholarship awards are determined on a competitive basis.
Pursuance of the Certificate Program is not required, but is welcome.
All School of Botanical Art & Illustration classes are currently taught in English.
Awards vary annually based on applicants and funds available.
Applicants must be 17 years or older and planning to enroll in any of the required classes in Denver Botanic Gardens’ Botanical Art & Illustration program.

Complete the application form and submit an artist's statement (approximately 500 words) that addresses why you would like to take classes within the School of Botanical Art & Illustration program, what you want to learn, how this experience will benefit you, and which of the Gardens' core values (Transformation, Relevance, Diversity, Sustainability) resonates most with you.
Applications must be submitted through this electronic form by May 1, 2023 or November 1, 2023.
You will receive confirmation of your application's submission. Notification about decisions will be delivered within 1 month of submission on a rolling basis.
