Certified Phlebotomy CoursePhlebotomy Course is an 4wk program combination of Online and classroom lectures, laboratory sessions for practical training, and possibly clinical rotations for real-world experience. The goal is to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to perform phlebotomy procedures competently and safely in a healthcare setting. Receive your phlebotomy certificate after completion. Students will be eligible to sit for the National Exam give by NPS after completion of course. Phlebotomy Apprenticeship ProgramA program designed for phlebotomist with little to no experience obtain the experience and skills needed for Phlebotomy Tech.Comprehensive curriculum covering topics such as anatomy, medical terminology, infection control, venipuncture techniques, and patient interaction skills. Clinical Training: Partner with Leverage Labs to provide hands-on clinical training where apprentices can practice venipuncture under supervision. Paid Apprenticeships: Once sucessfully completing the phlebotomy program offered by Leverage Academy. We may offer paid apprenticeships where participants receive a stipend for their work during the training period. Pay rate will be determined by the elevation of the phlebotomist during training. Certification Preparation: Prepare apprentices for certification exams such as those offered by NPS . Mentorship: Assign experienced phlebotomists as mentors to apprentices, providing guidance and support throughout their training. Job Placement Assistance: Assist apprentices with job placement upon completion of the program, leveraging connections with healthcare facilities or providing career counseling services. Continuing Education: Offer opportunities for apprentices to continue their education and advance their careers, such as through additional certifications or specialized training programs.
