Summary from massage 1 - what were your findings from the massage, did you find the areas that the client mentioned they wanted you to focus on or did you find different areas. Be specific stating left side or right side area of the body.
Reflection on how you felt this session went, would you do anything differently, was your speed too fast or too slow. How you adapted the massage if the client presented with localised or medical contraindications. How you felt delivering the session, did you use your cheat sheets, did you miss off any of the moves and if yes, was that because you forgot to the client did not like them.
Feedback from the client - how did they feel the massage went, what was your speed like, pressure too much other than or little, where they warm enough, did they need any additional pillows for support, was there any techniques they did not like or was there ones they loved. Check what they thought of the environment they were in such as room lighting (too bright/dull), noise, music (if playing) did they like or not, along with any other feedback they have given you.
