1. How did you hear about Sky Lodge Christian Camp? *
2. Why are you applying to participate in The Zone Summer Staff Program?*
3. While we do a lot of work around camp, Christian discipleship is the top priority of our Zone program. Please tell us about your faith and relationship with God. If you are not a Christian, please explain your understanding of life's spiritual dimension. (Please provide a detailed answer that is at least 10 sentences long.)*

Foreman in Training

Job description

Foremen in Training (FiT) mentor under a foreman or full time staff member in 1 or 2 specific work areas. You are expected to serve a minimum of 6 consecutive weeks - ideally beginning no later than June 15. If any certifications are required for your service area, you will be required to attend training to receive said certifications. FiTs will also be expected to meet 1 on 1 with a growth partner once a week throughout their time in the Zone. The role of FiT comes both with additional responsibilities and pay. Some examples of additional responsibilities include but are not limited to filling in for your foreman on their morning off or leading crew devotionals. If you are interested in serving in this role, please answer the following questions. *Disclaimer - Applying for a foreman in training position does not guarantee you will be offered the position, nor does it guarantee a position as foreman in the future.

▪ Submit to the authority of my superiors.
▪ Enthusiastically support my fellow workers.
